This package consists of the shader for applying the Glitch effect to the screen. This solutionis currently the fastest in the market. The shader was tested on the low-end mobile device in the loaded scene in order to optimize the performance and fps.
SHADERS
Glitch – Runs at 50-55 FPS on a low-end mobile device(with proper settings).
Glitching achieved by 3 different glitching filters:
– Chromatic glitch – Random horizotal shifts of Red and Green channels.
– Frame glitch – Wavy deformations of the image
– Pixel glitch – Pixel chunks distortion
NOTE!!! All the testing was made on low-end mobile device Meizu M2 Note in the scene containing:
-52 different gameObjects,
-48 different Materials,
-57 different Textures,
-1 Directional Light(realtime),
