With this pack you can create a variety of multi story, multi design neighbourhood of burgeois mansions with interior walls, floors, ceilings & staircases.
*Planning to add furniture for each type of room soon + attic interior.
Be it a first person or top-down strategy game, you can easily assemble walls, floors, ceilings, doors, windows, staircases, balconies, roofs & outdoor gardens with this modular pack. Prefabs already setup in folders, just watch how the DemoScene is assembled.

Important notice:
After you’ve assembled your mansion, or even a complex neighbourhood of mansions, it is recommended to merge all the walls together, all the windows and all the roofs. In other words, the models which share the same materials should be batched together with some third party plugin, because you need to keep your draw call count to a minimum (under 5k).
All of the pieces can add up to tens of thousands, and that is why you should merge / batch them together.
Also, it is recommended to apply Occlusion Culling to your scenes, for optimisation purposes.
