The Fbx Exporter for Unity provides a clean interface to export scenes and models from Unity and into fbx files.
Please note the Fbx Exporter does not export animations!
The Fbx Exporter is built using Autodesk’s powerful fbx sdk which ensures high compatibility with existing fbx based tools. Supports both 32 bits and 64 bits editor and standalone.
The package contains the simple yet powerful fbx exporter editor window that uses normal unity selection to determine what to export. In addition it has a similarly simple api if you wish to export from code.
Compatibility, import of the resulting fbx files into the following 3rd party tools has been tested to work.

The Fbx Exporter can convert all standard lighting materials into closely resembling standard shader diffuse, normal and specular textures (Texture Export currently doesn’t work on URP and HDRP). Unity only finds the diffuse but Max, Maya and Blender finds all of them.
