Description
This pack contains everything you need to create medieval japanese characters: samurai and ronin, citizen, fisherman and farmers, monks, shopkeepers and merchants or lords and daimyos.
Customizing your characters never has been so easy and so quick! Just choose between differents heads, pants, kimonos, belts, hats, gloves, pieces of armor and accessories, play with material variation to get plenty of unique characters.
Charaters in screenshots and video are included as prefabs.

3 unique heads with three aged variation
1 body (plus detached body part)
4 different haircuts
5 different beards
2 Kimono (can be used with pants or by themselves)
2 Jinbei (simple shirts)
3 pants (2 hakamas and a peasant pant)
2 undergarments
3 shoes
3 belts
3 coats (1 haori, 1 jinbaori and 1 coat made of straw )
1 samurai armor (legs, thighs, breastplate, shoulders, arms, helmet and mask)
1 ashigaru armor (legs, thighs, breastplate, arms and helmet). Parts from both armors can be mixed.
3 differents gourds
2 purses
2 fans (one for the belt, one for the hand)

2 ration bags
2 sashimonos (flagwar worn in the back)

Technical details
Rig
All assets are rigged to match humanoid characters. It require only one animator component per character.
Heads have blendshapes and are rigged with a jaw bone.
Please note: coats assets require it in order to be used.
Prefabs are already set with unity cloth.

Cloth physics:
Wide cloth asset are already set with the Unity cloth component but it can be deactivated.
User could need to adjust himself the settings or use a dedicated tool to get better cloth simulation.
Only LOD0 use the cloth physics.
! Warning ! The haori coat have to use cloth component.
