This is modular highly optimized package. environments. Structural meshes are based on grid 4x4m. So you can use modular approach to build an environment.
For texturing, we are using combination of:
Tileable textures for big structural elements
Trimsheets for smaller pieces
Unique textures for props for more details.

Whole package contains more than 300 prefabs
Polycount ranges from 50 triangles for simple structural meshes to 5000 tris for more complex models with details. Hero trees have around 20-50k triangles. Complex models have 1-3 LOD levels for better performance
Unique textures are 4096×4096 px, tileable textures are 2048x2048px
Meshes are using overlapping UVs for modular approach and higher texel density and quality.
Textures are exported to Unity HDRP channel packing. Package contains shaders for HDRP/URP/Buil in render pipelines.
All meshes have secondary non-overlapping UV unwrap for lightmapping.
