The effects may be too heavy for mobiles as they are very complex. They can be easily re-sized, re-timed and re-colored.

Promo media (videos, images, etc.) uses post effect “Bloom”!
Asset include “Post processing stack 2” dependencies! But you can not download it for URP and HDRP and use Volume instead.
