Asset Link is a Unity Editor utility that enables the creation and removal of links between Unity projects and other external folders.This means that, for example, models, textures, shaders, code and other assets can be shared by multiple projects thereby reducing disk space requirements and facilitating the use of a common asset set across projects.

This version of the utility was written in C# with Unity .Net 4.7.1 libraries and tested using 2021.3 for Windows, MacOS and Linux Unity Editors.
Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the compatibility of Asset Link with all Unity versions, the correct functioning of the software with Unity Alpha, Beta or Technical releases cannot be guaranteed.

The code is distributed as plugin dll’s but the source may be made available upon request.
