For skinned meshes you can decide whether you want to generate the colliders for the source mesh or the current deformed one.

Why am I telling you this?
Because most people do not know. In fact any asset found under the Tools category automatically falls under a license type that Unity calls Extension Assets (see official license explanation) which differs from the standard (Entity) license.
Concave Trigger uses VHACD under BSD-3-Clause, which is compatible with the Unity Asset Store license (no need to worry), see ThirdPartyNotices.txt for details.
