Android and Iphone.

Walk on the VR is a much
needed asset for a VR game.

It transfers the user’s real-life steps
to the virtual world when the user
actually walks.
Or if the user prefers, pretending that
he walks.
When the user walks, the player inside
the game will also walk.
This asset is a way to control the
player inside the game, very easily
and at the same time creating much
more realism.
It also gives the possibility of walking
backwards, jumping and running.

What can you do with this asset?

Control the player of the game
through your steps, the direction
and movement are very similar to
the real life.
Walking, running, jumping and
walking backwards.
Set the speed of movement, the
player height etc.
It works with almost all virtual
reality SDKs.
Even with those that are more closed.
It has been thoroughly tested on 3
different virtual reality sdk
Google cardboard, fibrum and
LC VR Kit Free And it works
perfectly.

What does this asset contain?

three scenes, two simples and a more
elaborate one.
“the elaborate scene is the one you
can see in the video and it is a tour,
a route to check your walking skill
in Virtual Reality”
Sdk of virtual reality is not necessary
to make a quick check of the scenes.
Simply compile and test the scenes
as they are!
Although they are necessary to make
a game or virtual reality application.

A prefab which you simply have to
drag and drop to your scene, set it
to your liking and ready.
No need to touch anything in the code.
It is easy.

Two instruction manuals, to configure
the asset well.
One explains each component and
function of the asset and the other
one has two examples of configuration
to use with virtual reality SDK.

The source code is completely included
and some parts are commented

Sounds, when it jumps it makes
jumping sound and when it walks the
steps sound.
These sounds can be changed by the
ones you want.

other scripts and functions included?

Yes, to reset the position, to move
platforms, rotation, to be able to
operate the asset in the Unity Editor
etc.

A lots of configuration options.
More than 22 configuration options.
in the main prefab:

Speed of the steps.
Sensitivity of the steps.
Height of the jump.
Jump sensitivity.
Enable reverse gear.
Reverse speed.
Height of the player.
Change the sounds
etc etc.
