Description
This addon includes an NPC companion who will follow and assist the player and an NPC inventory screen which allows to transfer and equip items.
This add-on requires the latest version of Retro Horror Template.
There are 2 types of NPC included.
NPCSimpleFollow: Will toggle between follow and wait on interactions. Inventory is not accesible
NPCWithChoices: Will present the player with a choice on interaction: Wait, Follow, and Inventory.
It’s recommended (probably necessary) that your NPC shares the same rig than the main character. This ensures all equipped attachments, such as weapons, work in the same way for the NPC. If your NPC will use its own weapons, and you’re not planning to allow the player to transfer equipment to the NPC, this can be ignored.
