This pack contains 50 parts ready to make buildings you need, be it factory, school, warehouse, garage, fire brigade station, maybe you’ll find more options, it’s up to you 😉
You can make both clean and derelict buildings, with walkable interiors too.
You’ll find two window types, window glass, few walls, pipes, doors, one garage door, roof and roof endings. Use Unity Snap to connect them properly.
Most parts share the same material for optimalization.
Also, there is one photoscanned, 4k PBR concrete texture from one of my packs for roof/floor and detail.
Pack includes demo scene and few example prefabs.
Important information: I made this pack as one of my first and scale might be bit off, depending on your needs, you might want to change ‘Scale Factor’ in mesh properties.
