This package contains a garage area. This is mobile optimized having low draw calls and low triangle count. It is easy to use. Average triangle count that shows on camera is around 35k-40k.
There are 37 unique props prefab are included to use. Those prefab contains wrecked car, tires, lights etc.

Materials are easy to change. There are only 5 materials has been used for the scene. Floor and Car Floor Textures are 1024×1024 and others are 4K resolution.
Garage models are in single mesh and divided in many parts to reduce draw call
