For users getting compiler errors in newer Unity versions regarding ExternalDependencyManager: To fix it you can remove the included ExternalDependencyManager folder (Assets/ExternalDependencyManager) and download latest version from here: https://github.com/googlesamples/unity-jar-resolver/tags.
