A. There are some spritesheets in this package, but they were only designed to be used within the Unity particle system. If you’re looking for more traditional spritesheets, you can find them in my other package.

A. Yes. I have heard many developers talk about how well it works on mobile. Many of the VFX rely on a shader to handle the animations, or a small handful of animated frames. Which keeps the VFX prefabs very light weight.
