Description
A collection of dust and debris VFX to complement a collapsing building.
A script with user-controlled parameters triggers the VFX at different stages which include vertical falling dust, billowing dust (two types), dust drops and rocks/boulders.
A version that will trigger your building collapse animation is also included. The effect can be scaled to any size as required.
An additional smoke trails effect is provided that can simply be attached to building elements to leave a smoke trail in their path (especially useful if you have elements flying away from the building’s destruction).
Versions for built-in, URP and HDRP pipelines are included.
Please note that this pack is designed to complement the animation of your building collapsing – you’ll need to animate your building falling down yourself (or perhaps scale it down to 0, fade it out or simply hide the model if you only require something simpler).
The pack contains 3 prefabs.
Custom shaders are included for the HDRP and URP pipeline particles.
All texturesheets are provided at 4K resolution.
