Skyscraper Construction Yard is a huge environment, made for FPS or third person type of tames. Dividing two fractions in one bomb site defusal map, that allows for quick and fun combat.

Skyscraper Construction Yard is a huge environment, made for FPS or third person type of tames. Dividing two fractions in one bomb site defusal map, that allows for quick and fun combat.

Overall, whole scene is around 3.5mil vertices. This is a truly huge asset pack, that will allow user to build countless variations of construction yard environment. Everything is high quality, with PBR textures and optimised. Skyscraper is a perfect training ground level or quick combat testing site

Video is made in unreal engine, however, it is really close to unity, with the same layout and asset placement, only few camera effects differ.
Technical details

The environment itself is fully modular, made out of various packs, like:

– modular building pieces ( walls, floors, metal beams, structures, stairs and so on)( 13 700 vertices)

– main base building pieces(350 vertices)

– background buildings (52 000 vertices)

– tarps(1800 vertices)

– huge construction crane(26 500 vertices)

– industrial lights(6300 vertices)

– construction props and other construction yard themed assets(59 500 vertices)

– bomb site props (C4, missiles with cage and decals) (7000 vertices)

– tons of tillable materials to choose from

PBR materials with PNG and some TGA textures, sized from 2x2k up to 4x4k, depending on asset. Everything is in it’s own prefab, real world scale, correct rotation and pivot points, for easy use.
