One of the things that is needed for AI in the Unity game engine is how to change NavMesh during game play (at runtime).
Using the Runtime NavMesh Package, you can change the NavMesh path before starting the game, in game pause mode, or during game play.
This package is created with Unity3d 5.6 and it works with higher versions of unity3d.
It is best to use the .Net framework version 4.
