Detail Information: Do you have components with complex structure? Not a problem, you can inspect what is different by hovering the mouse in the info button.
Cherry Pick, you can just replace a single value from one component by clicking the Cherry Pick button on right side of the different value.
You can revert the change by Undo (Ctrl+Z or CMD+Z) the operation.

When both objects have different values, you can cherry pick just one property by pasting the value from the other object.
Just click in the button to replace the current value to the value from the other object.
This operation can be reverted by using the Undo (Ctrl+Z or CMD+Z) operation in the Unity Editor.
Add missing components
When a component is missing on one of the objects
Click on the button [+>] or [<+] to add the component to the other object.
or select the Add missing on [first/second] button on Quick actions
Make them equal
When both objects has the same component, the tool will compare the values, if they are different, you can:
[=>] makes the second object equal to the first object.
[<=] makes the first object equal to the second object.
or select the Make [first/second] equal to [first/second] button on Quick actions

Comparing objects
From menu Tools/Bugiganga – Inspector Compare…
Select two objects from Hierarchy panel
Alternatively, click on from or to labels to pick an object
Check the difference inside the Inspector Compare window
Filters
When the object has too many components, you can filter the result.
